  1. Keyboard and other Shortcuts

  3. Apart from the menu shortcuts the following apply
  4.  
  5.                     ‚Ä¢  In all dialog boxes with a 'Cancel' button pressing 'ESC' or Command plus '.' is 
  6.           equivalent to clicking the cancel button.
  7.  
  8. When the word input dialog is shown the following apply:-

  10.      ‚Ä¢  Tab key = toggle between the text input and the list of words.
  11.  
  12.                     ‚Ä¢  Command plus '+' (on the number pad) = increase search size by one step.
  13.  
  14.      ‚Ä¢  Command plus '-' (on the number pad) = decrease search size by one step.

  17. When the list of words is selected (list framed with thick line)
  18.  
  19.      ‚Ä¢  Pressing the 'delete' key will delete those words which are highlighted.

  21.      ‚Ä¢  Pressing the 'clear' key will delete all the words in the list.

  23.                     ‚Ä¢  If the list is in alphabetic order then pressing any letter key will scroll the list to the first item
  24.                                         starting with that letter. If no word starting with that letter exists then no action is taken.

  26.                     ‚Ä¢  Double clicking on a word removes that word from the list and places it in the edit line for
  27.           modifying.

  29.                     ‚Ä¢  Holding down Shift and dragging does a multiple select in the list.

  31.                     ‚Ä¢  Holding down the Command key and clicking does a multiple select in the list.
