- Keyboard and other Shortcuts

- Apart from the menu shortcuts the following apply
-
- • In all dialog boxes with a 'Cancel' button pressing 'ESC' or Command plus '.' is
- equivalent to clicking the cancel button.

- When the word input dialog is shown the following apply:-

- • Tab key = toggle between the text input and the list of words.

- • Command plus '+' (on the number pad) = increase search size by one step.

- • Command plus '-' (on the number pad) = decrease search size by one step.

- When the list of words is selected (list framed with thick line)
-
- • Pressing the 'delete' key will delete those words which are highlighted.

- • Pressing the 'clear' key will delete all the words in the list.

- • If the list is in alphabetic order then pressing any letter key will scroll the list to the first item
- starting with that letter. If no word starting with that letter exists then no action is taken.

- • Double clicking on a word removes that word from the list and places it in the edit line for
- modifying.

- • Holding down Shift and dragging does a multiple select in the list.

- • Holding down the Command key and clicking does a multiple select in the list.
